For the price, it's super good, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is in the heart of Kuching, so it's easy to go anywhere.

Location is just walking distance to the Waterfront and Carpenter Street. Quite convenient location for nearby self laundry and 7E. Our room was clean. Front desk staff service was exceptional.

The bathroom a bit cramp but no biggie

Safe area. I could jog in the neighbourhood. The staff was fantastic

First room did not have any outside views. I had to change to another room for additional cost

Location in the old town, nearby a lot of foods to take/eat, also can walk the riverside, a lot of people during night time walking nearby and find a lot of food there.

Bathroom is simply too small, no space to move around. Also, the room has no windows, just a corridor exposure with a glass screen.

The hotel location is good. Very near to eateries and mart.The room was clean.Breakfast spread was good. Many choices and taste good too.

I did not pay attention to details when I booked the room. I saw a single room then immediately clicked. It turned out the room was without window. It was ok because I arrive at night and check-out early morning.So if anyone wants to stay at this hotel, please read all room details before booking.

They provide free breakfast and delicious, location is good quite near to waterfront.

Parking for customer is limited.

Breakfast need to improve and make sure your menu not same everyday.Location is just nice not too far from waterfront and shopping mall.

Good location, clean, facilities were good, and breakfast was also nice.

Air conditioner was not cooling, washroom was very congested, there was renovation in progress (they apologized with a notice outside). Receptionist Michelle should try to smile.

The service is excellent, the rooms are clean n comfortable. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay at abell hotel.

Nice and comfy room. I appreciate the little decoration/ landscape you built on my floor level. The breakfast was also nice.

Excellent staffs all around from the parking attendent, reception staff and restaurant waitress. The cleaners doing their very best to keep the corridors and room clean despite the ongoing renovation.

Hotel is under renovation. That’s made the stay not comfortable. It’s probably unfair to give the rating as bad as enovation bound to make you feel uncomfortable. But the staff service was good to keep us happy during our stay.

Location was good, very central.

Works were being undertaken and was not informed in advance. Black mould on roof in bathroom, no charging points next to the bed, air con leaked. Breakfast was poor, boiled eggs were overcooked, wet hash browns, tasteless coffee.
